National Budget
Make no mistake - the allocation of funds for our current budget is done intentionally to fund the Trump take over rather than benefiting Americans at large. It benefits loyalist millionaires who directly fund the president and his businesses. A $1k tax credit doesn't make a difference if your monthly premium rises from $991 a month to $4,140.
The Agenda
The passed budget reconciliation allowed republicans to pass legislation to extend the 2017 tax cuts. This cut over a trillion dollars to medicadiud, SNAP, and other basic daily needs for Americans in favor of tax cuts for the ultra wealthy and big corporations. The loyalists know this policy is not popular so they are using the budget reconciliation ot get the votes they need.
